「夢境」とはまさにうっとりと陶然として夢と現実の行き来を愉しむ境地であろうか。慶雲閣の側に「無境庵」という茶室も構えていた。
木目が美しい長方の板に一気呵成に書かれた文字を篆刻している。平面的に彫るのではなく文字の部分がまるで立体彫刻のように躍動している。文字のかすれや重なった部分は特に見所で、文字を追っていくと先生の息遣いが聞こえてくるかのようである。緑青と胡粉が美しい字形を際立たせている。

The name of Rosanjin’s tea room is Mukyo-an, which means “dream world” in Japanese. He built a tea room named “Mukyo-an” next to Keiun-kaku, his final resides.
The characters written in rapid succession are engraved on a long board with beautiful wood grain. The letters are curved as if they were three-dimensional sculptures. The blurring and overlapping of the letters are the highlights, and as your eyes follow the letters, you can almost hear the artist’s breathing. The copper rust and Gofun, Japanese traditional white pigments, accentuate the beautiful shape of the letters.
