Tokuri, Imbe 伊部扁壷徳利

まず目に飛び込んでくるのは、青みを帯びた鼠色。
藍鼠色や、紺鼠色とも言うべき、しっとりと上品な色合いが全体を包む。

その蒼に二ヶ所、素地の色を残した抜け。
杏色のような黄味を呈した色に、柿渋色のような赤褐色の隈取。
自然の中で作られた補色(青と黄～赤）はお互いを惹き立てあいながら調和し、何とも言えない美しさ。

均整の取れた扁壷の肩には、二筋の掻いた線が入り、その静かな佇まいのアクセントとなっている。

キュッと引き締まった首に、小さな口造り。
そっと傾けると、トクトクトク……と、いい音が聞こえてきそうだ。

The first thing that catches the eye is a bluish-grey color. A refined and elegant hue, which could be described as indigo-grey or navy-grey, envelops the entire piece.

Within this blue tone, there are two areas where the base color is left exposed: a yellowish shade reminiscent of apricot and a reddish-brown tinge similar to persimmon tannin. These complementary colors, created naturally—blue against yellow to red—enhance one another in perfect harmony, creating an indescribable beauty.

On the shoulder of the well-proportioned flat vase, two carved lines provide a subtle accent to its calm and serene presence.

A small mouth is crafted on the tightly drawn neck. When gently tilted, one can almost hear a pleasant, rhythmic "tok-tok-tok" sound.
