陶歴/ History
1924年 岡山県に生まれる1946年 叔父、藤原啓のもとで陶芸を始める
金重陶陽宅をたずね、以後、啓、陶陽に師事
1952年 京都で金重素山に京焼を学ぶ
1954年 鎌倉の北大路魯山人の備前焼窯焚きの応援に行き、食器の制作技術など、
魯山人芸術の神髄に触れる
1956年 独立し、第1回の窯を出す
1957年 岡山にて初個展開催
1958年 日本伝統工芸展に初入選、以来連続入選
1969年 第1回金重陶陽賞受賞
1970年 大窯を築窯 大窯初窯展開催(岡山、東京、大阪)
1973年 岡山県重要無形文化財に指定される
1977年 心臓発作のため死去
FUJIWARA Ken (1924-1977)
1924 Born in Okayama Prefecture.
1946 Started to make pottery under his uncle FUJIWARA Kei.
Since Visiting KANESHIGE Toyo, being inspired by studied under Kei and Toyo.
1952 Studied Kyoto Ware under KANESHIGE Sozan
1954 Participating firing at the Bizen kiln of Rrosanjin in Kamakura, he learned the spirit of Rosanjin, not only technique of making tableware.
1956 Become independent and fire the first kiln.
1957 Held his first exhibition in Okayama.
1958 Won a prizat Japan Traditional Craft exhibition
1969 Won the First KANESHIGE Toyo Prize
1970 Built a big kiln, and held the first firing exhibition in Okayaama, Tokyo and Osaka.
1973 appointed as a Important Intangible Cultural Property technology holder in Okayama.
