毎夜毎夜、お酒を楽しみにしている呑兵衛さんは、どんな徳利とぐい呑で舌鼓をうつのだろうか。
トクットクットクッ…、優しく響かせる徳利と、かたむけたその先にあるぐい呑には、酒の肴になる程の魅力があると嬉しいものです。
その魅力がお酒の味をも変えてしまうという。
よく、育て上げた愛用の酒器のことをお聞きすると、その多くが備前徳利と唐津ぐい呑のことになる。
当苑で酒器を愛でるお客様の眼の色を最も変えるのもやはり「備前」と「唐津」なのです。

備前の徳利は窯変、カセ胡麻、緋襷といった情景に溶け込むかの様な落ち着いた景色が、お酒を帯びることであざやかにして艶やかになる。
そいて、唐津のぐい呑といえば、斑唐津や朝鮮唐津の美しい釉調が更に色めき、きりっとした轆轤目と鉄絵の勢いが決め手の絵唐津は日増しに備わる古格が何とも心をくすぐる。

いつの頃からか、言われつづけている「備前の徳利、唐津のぐい呑」。
この台詞は、何か理由あってのこと。お酒と酒器を愛する方々へ、最高の企画であります様に願いをこめて…。
これぞ、酒器の巨頭という備前とくり 唐津のくいのみを、ここでは「双頭ノ酒器」としました。 ぜひ、ご高覧ください。

Those who love to drink must have their favorite Tokkuri and Guinomi to enjoy every night by night, smacking their lips at authentic Sake.
It would bring us blissful moment if the tilted Tokkuri with the gurgle and a Guinomi with Sake have attractive charms to look at, taste and rapture like a main dish.
The ultimate attraction of a set of liquor utensils would change the flavor of the Sake, one said.

Not a few pottery lovers cherish Bizen Tokkuri and Karatsu Guinomi as their favorite sets. It is hardly necessary to say our customers change their eyes enthusiastically when they look at Bizen and Karatsu sake ware.
There displayed more than 100 works of selected 20 artists in this exhibition. Please to your eyes.

These authentic highlights of Bizen Tokkuri, such as Yo-hen, Goma, Hidasuki, are now glisten with fresh Sake vividly and lively, vanishing the calm and natural atmosphere it had a moment ago.
And the beautiful glazes of Madara-Karatsu and Chosen-karatsu become glamourous with the liquid. E-karatsu with smart lines of pottery wheeling and powerful iron painting changes its appearance distinctively, and please our eyes as years goes by.

Bizen Tokkuri and Karatsu Guinomi, is said to have been the double head of sake ware. There should be some reasons that only sake lovers would notice. Would this exhibition be the best one for those lovers…We hope you take time to get out and come by our store to please your eyes at the exhibition.
